Frequently asked questions

Do we need to provide anything besides the space?

No, we bring all tasting materials, equipment, and (for Format 02) the roasting setup. You provide the room and seating for the group size discussed.

Who handles marketing?

For Format 02, you run your own promotion and we co-market on our social channels. For Format 01, we handle ticketing and promotion directly and route attendees to your venue.

What's a good group size for our space?

Sessions typically run 15–25 people depending on your layout. We'll confirm capacity during the initial conversation.

Is this exclusive to us, or do you host at multiple venues?

We work with a limited number of venues per city or area. Reach out and we'll confirm availability and any exclusivity terms for your location.

How much notice do you need?

Minimum 2 weeks, ideally 4+, to confirm materials, scheduling, and any co-marketing lead time.

Can this be a recurring arrangement?

Yes, many hosts run this monthly or quarterly. We can lock in a recurring slot after a first session together.
